Searchable Database of Short-Tandem Repeat Genotpying Data for Cell-Lines
Welcome to the COG Cell Line and Xenograft STR Database. This database contains the STR profiles (8 STR loci + Amelogenin) for cell lines in the COG Cell Line and Xenograft Repository and also for many cell lines established at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The database also includes STR profiles for lines established at UT Southwestern Medical Center and those housed in commercial repositories such as the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (DSMZ), Japanese Collection of Research Bioresources (JCRB), and the RIKEN Research database (RIKEN).
